If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your apparel and place it back in the original packaging, ensuring all hang tags remain attached and the fabric is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
